We are a boutique sourcing and trading agency for apparel, accessories and footwear, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City.

We manage every stage — concept, costing, development, production, shipment — with the same obsession: getting it right.

Our focus is the Indochina region: Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. We know it well. Not from a distance, but from years of being on the ground, building relationships with factories that actually deliver.

Every supplier in our network has been chosen for one reason: they meet our standards. That means consistent quality, honest communication, and reliable execution. Every time.

We work across knitwear, wovens, sportswear, accessories, and footwear. Whatever the category, the approach is the same: close involvement, high expectations, and full transparency from day one.

    Sourcing & Factory Selection
    We identify and vet the right manufacturing partner before a single sample is cut. We know which factories consistently deliver, and which ones look better on paper than they perform in practice. Selection is half the job.

    Tier One Supply Chain
    We work directly with fabric mills, trim suppliers, and material houses — the part most agencies skip. Every input is verified against spec before it touches the production floor. No surprises mid-run.

    Sampling & Development
    We manage the sampling process end to end, aligning factory capabilities with your tech pack standards and timeline. Changes at sample stage cost weeks; changes at bulk stage cost seasons.

    Production Management
    On the floor, every step. We oversee production runs and execute quality control at each critical stage: fabric inspection, in-line checks, final AQL. Problems are found and corrected before they ship, not after.
